Purpose: Short stay visa for religious officials visiting Nigeria to conduct or participate in religious activities such as preaching seminars or conferences.
Eligibility: religious leaders or Clerics (pastors, imams, etc.) formally invited by a recognized religious organization.

Requirements

• Letter of invitation from religious body in Nigeria accepting immigration responsibility (IR).
• Valid Passport (not less than 6 months validity).
• Evidence of Return ticket.
• Evidence of Hotel Reservations or host address in Nigeria.
• Evidence of sufficient funds by applicant or sponsor (180 days Bank Statement).

Steps to Obtain

1. Receive Invitation from Host Church/Mosque (on official letterhead).
2. Apply online (embassy).
3. Upload visa requirements and pay visa fees.
4. Obtain Visa.

Validity: 30 days from issuance.
Extendable: No.
Stay duration:  30 days Single entry.
Restrictions: No employment. Permitted to engage in preaching, religious seminars/conferences only.
Family/Group Applications: Group applications for up to 10 persons.
